I have 10 years experience as Real Estate Investor. My background includes 6 and half years at Scudder Kemper Investments as a 401k conversion specialist. I am also a President and Owner of McGrath Property Management. My clients include both residential and commercial accounts.

My industry experience is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. I also completed my Master's degree in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
